Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification once your order has officially shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard delivery (Australia): Typically takes 3–8 business days.

International Shipping: At this time, we primarily ship within Australia. For international shipping inquiries and associated costs, please contact us directly as rates vary significantly by location.

Delays: Please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues outside of our control.


Order Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, or you believe it has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number so we can assist you.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new swimmers. If something isn’t quite right, we offer an extended exchange window for a different size to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 90 days of delivery (subject to stock availability).

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Hygiene: If items are tried on, underwear must be worn underneath.

  • Exchange Fees: Return postage and the cost of shipping the new item are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Australia-wide exchange shipping: $10.05

    • International exchange shipping: Rates will be higher and calculated upon request.

Items Not Eligible:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.

  2. We will confirm stock availability and provide you with return instructions and payment details for the exchange shipping fee.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship out your new size.


Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
