Shipping

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a email when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–8 business days.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within Australia.

Delays:
Please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues outside of our control.


Order Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, or you believe it has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will assist you.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new swimmers. If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges for a different size within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.

  • If items are tried on, underwear must be worn underneath
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Exchanges are only available for the same style in a different size, subject to availability.

Items Not Eligible:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.

  2. We will confirm availability and provide you with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send out your new size.

Faulty Items:
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at [email protected] with photos and your order number.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
