We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external factors. SALTE Swim is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and a description and photograph of the issue. However we do offer an exchange only if the wrong size is purchased within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SALTE Swim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
